Inferno vineyard
two ways to express it
Dynamic and youthful red wine
The south of France is blessed with so many things – a rich history and beautiful landscapes
Great now but this will age well for years
Fernando de Castilla - Classic Dry Sec Fino NV (750ml) Bendigo Inferno vineyardFull bodied dessert wine. Bright yellow with lemon reflections in colour, on the nose, aromas of yellow apple and pear with notes of spices. Low tannins. High in acidity. Dry and nutty dessert wine in style. On the palate, dry, oaked, crispy, rich, flavorful, alcohol is well integrated, hint of almond and yeast, touch of minerality and caramel, delivers tree fruits character, good length, nice complexity, rich, persisted. It has a long finish.
