After a little smoke, sweetness emerges with rhubarb crumble, toffees and a glazed ham seasoned with salt and lots of pepper. The taste neat is of fruity fresh chillies and black pepper with a pleasing warmth. Its thick and sweet too, like golden syrup. Adding water reveals
