Katori 90 Nama Genshu Junmai Sake (BTL 720ml) Naka Naka Barley Shochu sake typesThis is a sake that recalls the past, as Terada Honke set out to make a brew to express what sake used to taste like 100 years ago. Using the traditional kimoto method (using naturally occurring lactic acid) and releasing the sake unpasteurized, unfiltered, and undiluted, this sake is certainly rustic yet contemplative. Get ripe Bosc pears and nuttiness on the nose with a lush, juicy palette. Enjoy this genshu (undiluted) sake warm, or bring down its
