GERMAN WWII M.16 TRANSITIONAL HELMET Bar has flat tapering pinOriginally produced as an Austrian M. 16 helmet of WWI, used after the war by the Czech forces, then recaptured by the Third Reich, revamped with the M. 40 liner band in zinc with the rounded edge strap clips, but still utilising its Czech double width leather strap. Army single decal with a good, clear swastika. Good paint finish with slight rust bleed overall, but no paint losses. Size 66 shell. Ref; 94423
