The base is fabulous blue and onto that is a heady mix of colorful flowers in elaborate vases that are screened upon the entire surface. Each cuff buttons to close and has a huge balloon finish above the wide cuffed wrist. The cut is slim and sexy and the collar is done in an extreme, rounded off dog ear shaped long point. His signature, double button front is the perfect
